- Para sacar las piezas del repollo, primero hay que cortar desde la base y quitar meticulosamente para que no se rompa


- En una olla mediana, llenarla a 1/2 capacidad y dejar que el agua quedé hirviendo para luego poner las hojas del repollo dentro. Para saber si ya están suaves, se puede mover el agua

- Para la carne: en un recipiente, colocar la carne molida y agregar: sal al gusto, pimienta, 2 ajos finamente picados o su proporción en polvo y 1/4 de caldo de pollo, mezclar. Una vez bien revuelto, agrégale 1/2 taza de arroz y continúa revolviendo hasta que la mezcla esté uniforme

- Cuando el repollo ya esté completamente blando, sácalo de la olla y colócalo en un lugar donde puedas manipularlo, no tires el agua por qué más adelante nos servirá.
- Agregamos la mezcla de carne al repollo, lo enrollamos y lo colocamos de una vez en nuestro recipiente para baño María.



- Cuando terminemos de enrollar, colocamos nuestro recipiente unos 30-40 min. A baño María
- Para la salsa: sacamos un poco de agua que utilizamos para el repollo y lo colocamos en una olla para hervir un poco los 3 tomates. Una vez que estos tomates ya estén a medio pelar por el agua hirviendo, los colocamos en la licuadora junto con 1 caja mediana de puré de tomate, 1/4 de cebolla, su propia agua y sal al gusto.
- En una olla pequeña ponemos a calentar aceite; luego vertemos lo licuado, movemos eventualmente y cuando ya esté burbujeando, lo apagamos
- Mis comidas las sirvo con bastante carne, por lo que con 600gr de carne podrían salirle como 10 arrolladitos, en mi caso me alcanzó exacto para 8 piezas. PROVECHO.
