- Agregar el aceite de olivo. (yo le pongo 1/4 de taza y el resto al emplatar, mi abuela le ponÃa bastante). Y mezclar.

- Tomar porciones de carne y formar una tortita con un hoyo al centro para el aceite.
- Colocar en un plato con hojas de hierbabuena (en la foto es menta porque mi hermana cortó en lugar de hierbabuena). En el hoyito se pone un poco de aceite y se decora con la cebolla en gajitos.



- Si sobra carne puede usarse para formar tortitas cocidas o bien albóndigas /pastel de carne.


- Acompañar con bolillo. El original se comerÃa con pan pita, pero el estilo de la abuela Tere con bolillo fresco es delicioso!
