- Arroz: calentamos en una cacerola el aceite y freímos los guandú por 4 minutos revolviendo. Queremos lograr extraer la fragancia y tostarlos un poco, agregamos los ajos picaditos y salteamos unos segundos, agregamos el 3 tazas de agua y damos el punto de sal. Esto hervirá 5 minutos hasta teñir el agua en un caldo morado. Añadimos el arroz, y rectificamos que el agua esté 2 dedos por encima.
