- Caldo de Sabor: mezclar en frío todos los ingrediente y llevar a hervor por 3 minutos, reservar.
- Torta de Huevos: Calentar en aceite en el wok, salpimentar los huevos y batirlos a medias, casi homogéneos. Vaciar los huevos en el aceite y hacer la torta cocida de un lado y el superior queda babe. Sacar y reservar.
- FRITOS: Continuando con el Wok de 24” calentar aceite a fuego alto, agregar los vegetales y saltear sin parar por 3 minutos, agregarle caldo de sabor hasta cubrir los vegetales un dedo arriba, tapar y cocinar a fuego medio por 3 minutos.
- Agregar el arroz y la carne picadita y saltear revolviendo sin parar. Al consumirse el caldo y la humedad empezara a chisporrear el wok, señal que está friendo, y ya están cocidos los vegetales y el arroz aflojó por la humedad. Darle fuego alto 4 minutos, revolviendo sin parar, adentro los huevos y la cebollina, fuego por un minuto más, rectifica la salsa de soja y la sal a tu gusto!
