- Lavar y desinfectar muy bien las papas, cortar en cubos medianos (sin pelar) y reservar. Cortar la chiltoma en tiras gruesas. Y reservar



- Cortar la carne en trozos irregulares o cubos medianos y añadir las 2 cdas de vinagre de manzana y reservar por 10 min, escurrir el exceso de líquido que haya soltado y mezclar los 3 ingredientes (carne, papa y chiltoma) en un recipiente grande. Añadir la pimienta, orégano, tomillo, sazonador, ajo finamente picado, cebolla en polvo, aceite de oliva, y un poco de sal (la cebolla en polvo y sazonador ya contienen, así que tener cuidado con la sal) mezclar todo muy bien



- Cortar un trozo grande de papel aluminio, verter sobre el la mezcla de carne, acomodar en el centro y cubrir muy bien todos los extremos en forma de sobre para que no se abra, colocarlo sobre la sartén eléctrica, o bien una sartén antiadherente a fuego medio y cubrir con la tapa. Cocinar durante 10-15, pasado el tiempo darlo vuelta y cocinar por otros 10-15 min.



- Pasado el tiempo, abrir con cuidado de no quemarse, colocar por encima el perejil picado y cubrir por un minuto más, apagar. Servir caliente.


- Ensalada: Cortar los tomates y cebolla finamente en juliana, agregar perejil fresco picado, sazonar con la sal y jugo de limón.
