- Hay dos opciones freír cebolla hasta quede pochada o sin cebolla. Cuando pochemos la cebolla echamos un buen chorro de vino blanco y lo dejas cocer para bajar el sabor.

- Cuando haya cocido unos 5 o 10 minutos y notemos que al acercarnos un poco el vino no huele tan fuerte echamos el tomate y dos dedos de un vaso de agua y dejamos cocer 5 minutos removiendo para que no se queme. Yo suelo echar también aquí una pizca de orégano para que de sabor.
- Después echamos las tortitas removemos con cuidado y dejamos cocer otros 5 minutos. Apagamos el fuego y dejamos reposar un poquito.
- Y ya está listo para servir. Hay veces que lo acompaño con patatas fritas en cuadraditos o con arroz... eso ya depende de la imaginación de cada uno.
