También añadir el agua de cocción de los tomatillos y agregar consomé al gusto. Dejarlo hervir un poco, agregar a la carne. Dejar hervir por unos minutos. Mientras ir calentando aparte la olla de frijoles.

- Servir carne y frijoles preferenemente en cantidades iguales (con caldito de ambos). Se puede agregar al servir, cebolla fresca, chile serrano. aguacate, una ramita de cilantro e inclusive hasta poquito chicharrón.
