- Ponemos el aceite a calentar y ponemos la carne a sellar en una sola capa. Es mejor hacerlo en 2 o 3 tandas. Reservar aparte.


- Una vez que esta toda sellada, ponemos la cebolla y el pimentón y con una paleta revolvemos y despegamos el fondo, si es necesario puedes poner un poco de agua y eso ayuda, como si hicieras un demiglass. Esos pegaditos le dan mucho gusto a la salsa y ayudamos a que no se quemen.


- Cuando la cebolla empieza a transparentar colocamos el tomate y todos los demás ingredientes

- Revolvemos bien. Agregamos agua o caldo del que prefieras hasta que cubra la carne o un poco más. Cocinamos por alrededor de unos 30 min. Esperemos a que hierva y se baja el fuego al mínimo y se deja bien tapado. Revolvemos de vez en cuando para evitar que se pegue del fondo
- En ese tiempo pelamos y cortamos las papas
