  3. Relleno:
  4. 250 gr carne picada
  5. 100 gr Bacon
  6. 1 zanahoria pequeña

  8. 6 cucharadas Salsa de tomate
  9. 1/4 taza leche
  10. 1/4 taza vino blanco
  11. Sal
  12. Pimienta
  13. Salsa Bechamel:
  14. 35 gr. Harina
  15. Leche
  16. 35 gr. Mantequilla
  17. Nuez Moscada

Steps to make to make Macarrones Rellenos

  1. Primero hacemos el relleno: Ponemos el bacon a fuego medio en una sartén hasta que suelte la grasa y se ponga algo crujiente.
  2. Añadimos la cebolla y la zanahoria muy bien picadas y dejamos que se hagan unos 4 minutos. Agregamos la carne picada y mezclamos bien dejando que se haga hasta que coja color que es cuando le echamos el vino y dejamos que reduzca unos minutos.
  3. Pasado el tiempo echamos la salsa de tomate y mezclamos bien. A fuego medio/bajo cuando empiece a hervir le agregamos la mitad del ¼ de taza de leche y mezclamos bien. Pasados 5 minutos le echamos el resto de la leche, salpimentamos y dejamos que cueza unos 15 minutos. Reservamos.
  4. Cocemos la pasta, el tiempo que ponga el envase (al ser pasta grande serán sobre 12 o 14 minutos)
  5. Hacemos la salsa bechamel, para la que echamos la mantequilla en un cazo y ponemos a calentar. Cuando se derrita echamos la harina y vamos mezclando con la mantequilla para que se haga un poco hasta que se forme una pasta de color amarillo oscuro que es cuando empezaremos a echar la leche de poco en poco y revolviendo bien para que no queden grumos.
  6. Vamos agregando leche sin parar de revolver en ningún momento hasta que coja la consistencia que queremos, ni muy líquida ni muy espesa. Le agregamos una pizca de nuez moscada y un poco de pimienta.
  7. Montamos el plato antes de ir al horno: En un recipiente para horno cubrimos el fondo con salsa bechamel.
  8. Con la pasta ya escurrida y el relleno hecho, vamos cogiendo cada macarrón, lo vamos rellenando y colocando en el recipiente. Cuando completemos una capa la cubrimos con más salsa bechamel y un poco de queso rallado, y continuamos colocando macarrones por encima.
  9. Al acabar cubrimos con abundante queso rallado y metemos al horno de 5 a 10 minutos dependiendo del punto de gratinado que nos guste.
  10. Y listo para disfrutar!!!
