  3. Agregar el maní molido. Dejar cocer con la olla medio destapada unos 20 minutos. Mientras tanto dorar el fideo un poco. Dorar también el ají o Paprika para colocar al final.
  4. Agregar el fideo (o el arroz), las papas, arvejas y garbanzos (opcional). Dejar cocer hasta que la papa y el fideo (o arroz) estén suaves. Agregar el ají o Paprika dorado. Colocar el orégano y perejil. Servir y a disfrutar!
