  3. Tenemos hecha la tortilla a un lado colocamos un poco de picado no mucho solo que cubra la mitad de la tortilla para que quede pareja así como se ve en la foto.
  4. Ahora en una sartén colocamos aceite suficiente yo agregue media taza para freír las dobladas. Ya caliente el aceite poco a poco ponemos las dobladas en el sartén.
  5. Después de unos 4 minutos dale vuelta a las dobladas y 3 minutos del otro o hasta que se vean doraditas.y ponlas en una escurridora para que el aceite que tengan salga o en papel absorbente. Y listo para degustarlas con una salsa y queso duro espolvoreado..
