  6. Se pone la tortilla y se baña de arriba de salsa se le pone un poco de carne para deshebrar y un poco de cebolla picada se dejan dorar un poco en la manteca de cerdo.
  7. Ya que las tengamos listas las sacamos del comal y listo.
  8. Estas se acompañan con un poco de repollo o col picada finamente, también con chiles rellenos y patas de cerdo en escabeche.
