  1. En un bowl se echa el pan en trozos y se va agregando leche con una mano y con la otra desmoronando el pan hasta que quede completamente húmedo y reducido.
  2. Se agregan, al bowl, los huevos, la leche condensada, la mantequilla y canela y se bate hasta incorporar todo.
  3. En este punto, cuando todo está integrado, se sigue batiendo y se tiene que ir probando. Se agrega vainilla al gusto y si se siente muy simple, ir agregando azúcar de a poco hasta que el sabor quede a gusto propio (Yo le agregué 30 gr de azúcar mascabado). Se agregan las pasas, arándanos o nueces picadas. Yo le puse arándanos que era lo que tenía a la mano.
  4. Ya lista la mezcla, se vacía en un molde previamente engrasado y enharinado.
  5. Se hornea a 180 grados centígrados durante 45 minutos y listo!
  6. Esperar que se enfríe, desmoldar y por último refrigerar. Frío sabe mejor!
