Pica muy fino el epazote y mezcla con la masa, haz pequeñas bolitas y con el dedo pequeño haz una hendidura, agrega al caldo para que se cuezan, no tardan nada.
  7. Sirve caliente acompañado de cilantro, cebolla y limón para que cada quien se sirva a su gusto.
